CONCISE
placing an order

This page describes the procedure for placing an order from the CONCISE Online Shop using the online system on your computer. Please follow the procedure below.

STEP 1
Click the [Order] button.
To start the purchase operation, click the button of the product you wish to purchase on the [CONCISE Online Shop] page or the [Products] page.
  • The [Order] button is available on the product introduction page(a) or the product specifications page(b).
    • Example:
    (a): Described as "CONCISE Online Shop > Traveling Goods > Passport Case I (introduction)".
    (b): Described as "CONCISE Online Shop > Traveling Goods > Passport Case I (introduction) > Passport Case II
    (specifications)".
  • This displays the screen of STEP 2.

STEP 2
Enter the desired quantity and color you want, then click the [Cart] button.
  1. Make sure of the product ID, product name and price of the item you want to purchase.
  2. Enter the quantity you want to purchase in the [Quantity] box.
  3. Click the down-arrow of the [Color] box, then choose the desired color from drop-down list box (if applicable).
  4. Click the button.

  • This displays the screen of STEP 3 to enable you to view the contents of the cart.

STEP 3
Verify the contents of your order in the cart.
  1. Make sure of the contents of the cart you have ordered (current status of the cart).
  2. When you wish to continue choosing other items, click [Back] to return to the previous page. Then repeat the same procedure as STEP 2.
  3. Click [Order Form (Standard)] or [Order Form (for Gifts)] according to your purpose.

  • This displays the screen of STEP 4.

STEP 4
Fill in the order form as instructed. Then click the [Submit] button.
  1. Enter all necessary information
    (a) Order Form (Standard): the items color-coded in light blue i.e., your name, address, zip code, phone number, e-mail
    address, payment method, desired delivery date and time period of the day, comment
    (b) Order Form (for Gifts): the items color-coded in light blue i.e., name, address, zip code and phone number of a person
    who is placing an order and who will be received, your e-mail address, payment method,
    desired delivery date and time period of the day, comment
  2. Click the button to proceed with the next step.

Note
The procedure for placing an order is not complete at this moment.
  • This displays the screen of STEP 5.

STEP 5
Verify the contents of your order and all other information again for final confirmation.
Then click the [OK] button.

final confirmation
  1. As shown in the screen shot on the left, a dialog box appears for the final confirmation. Check all the descriptions in the dialog box carefully.
  2. Click the button.

  • This completes the procedure for placing an order from the CONCISE Online Shop.
    According to the e-mail address specified at STEP 4, CONCISE sends an e-mail message for order reconfirmation within three days.
